PROJECT DESIGN SERVICES

ATASEL generally uses a task force approach for large projects to perform this work. The task force is a multi-disciplined group headed by a Project Manager and/or a Project Engineer with the technical and management skills necessary to organize implement and control the work on schedule and within budget.
A Project may range from simple equipment replacement work to extensive engineering, procurement, and construction, which typically includes problem definition, evaluation, scheduling, engineering, design, purchasing, and construction.
